De gran resistencia al desgaste, a la abrasi\u00f3n, al impacto (resistencia al desgaste, corte, ara\u00f1azos), es impermeable y no es t\u00f3xico (qu\u00edmicamente inerte al contenido y resistente a productos \u00e1cidos y alcalinos), por lo que se utiliza para contacto con alimentos. En bajas temperaturas es muy resistente a la tensi\u00f3n, comprensi\u00f3n \u00a0y tracci\u00f3n. Se fabrica en diferentes colores como blanco, negro, rojo, verde, amarillo, marr\u00f3n, gris, etc.<\/p><p>Su principal uso es all\u00ed donde la fricci\u00f3n, los impactos, la baja temperatura y la compatibilidad con alimentos,\u00a0 sea necesaria.<\/p><p>Se suministra tanto en placas como en barras y se pueden manipular, troquelar, fresar, soldar lo que nos permite realizar piezas con muy diferentes formas como: tablas de corte, mesas de trabajo en mataderos, pi\u00f1ones, roldanas de polea, ruedas, gu\u00edas para cintas transportadoras, bandas de rozamiento, defensa y protecci\u00f3n en puertos, paredes, puertas, fr\u00edo industrial, piezas de maquinaria en general, embotelladoras.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Existen varias calidades en funci\u00f3n de la resistencia
